I am currently offering 3-month Artistic Revival journeys online. These are a one-to-one offering to revitalise the connecting with your own life.

These journeys focus on remembering yourself as an artist again. This is:

  • cultivating the ability to see beauty around you, in all the twists and turns of your life, even when we are in the most painful chapters.

  • the freedom to experiment with life, mix things up, try and “mess up”, and continue to improvise with life as our co-creator

  • the devotion to turn our experiences into art - this is for the closet creatives who want to let themselves be more seen in their creativity, for the professional creatives who have lost touch with their personal practice, and for those who through childhood picked up that they are not artistic which I adamantly deem not to be true for any child or adult.

We are all dancers, poets, musicians, and painters - in our own way. 

We do not have to be “good” at something to reap the rewards of its process and outcome.

Our artistic process is one of remembering, reflecting, becoming and co-creating with Life as we gaze back, look inwards, move forward. 

With me as your guide, you will utilise the magic of being seen in both your improvised and curated creations to be with your past and present experiences.
